The user of the site is called You.
You use software at your own risk. Our service is free and we are not obliged to pay any damages from (mis)use of our service.
Our app will pay salaries to people. We are in no way required to pay any certain amount of funds.
We may use external AI service(s) to determine your amount of salary. Any (mis)use of such services to determine amount of your salary is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any mistakes/miscalculations by used AI.
In the case of a severe misuse of our services (such as prompt injection), we may ban an account for a period up to 1 year. We reserve the right to extend the bans for a longer period of time. Our decision of bans are final.
You can donate to our service. In this case, we warrant that your funds will be used for benefit of the society. We however, don’t warrant that they money won’t be stolen or hacked. In no case we pay damages for stolen funds.
Despite of the use of the word salary in describing our services, your relation to us is not considered as employee-employer relation but as an independent contractor. We don’t pay taxes for you. You may be required by laws of your country to register as a business and pay taxes.
While using external services (such as ORCID or GitHub) in connection to our service, you warrant to us that you have full right to use these third-party services and use them legally.
